4 Places to Use Flowers at Your Wedding

Flowers are an excellent addition to any wedding, either as decoration or part of the overall aesthetic. If done right, they can make your wedding venue stunning!

But there is such a thing as excess, so knowing where you need flowers at your wedding will ensure that you don’t go overboard while still creating a beautiful event!

There are many ways flowers can add life and color to your wedding. The following list includes some of the most popular and unique ways to use and incorporate them into your wedding décor!

Table Decor

This is a great place to use flowers because you have the option of decorating every table or just specific ones. You can also choose as many as you want, and it’s easy to switch them out depending on who’s coming and how many people need a seat, etc.

Aisle Decor

Some couples choose not to do aisle decor because it adds another element to set up and take down, but we are against this. Aisle décor is something to marvel at, so we highly recommend you give it a try! Your guests will feel like they are entering into a magical place through your aisle as they find their seats.

Ceremony Backdrop

This is a great place to use flowers if there isn’t too much going on in your landscape. For example, you wouldn’t want to block the view of your ceremony site or impede access with a very tall arrangement behind you (should be at least knee-high).

Couples often choose flowers that match the colors in their bridal bouquets.

Bridal Bouquet/Boutonnieres

Many couples include flowers in their bouquet to represent their relationship or something about them as a couple. We’ve seen everything from a bit of sprig of rosemary to dried lavender.

If you have any other ideas for using flowers at your wedding, consult your professional wedding florist. They will be more than happy to assist you or take your ideas and expand on them.
